How VERIUMA processes visitor, account, security and service usage data.

Information we process
We process the technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, including IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, language, country approximation and security events.
For administrator access we may process a phone number, Telegram identifiers and authentication records. Public visitors do not need an account to view reference exchange-rate information.
Browser storage and analytics
Essential cookies and browser storage support security, sessions, administrator authentication, load protection, consent records and user-requested interface preferences.
Optional audience measurement remains disabled until you choose to allow analytics. With consent, VERIUMA routes Russian visitors only to Yandex Metrica, known non-Russian visitors only to Google Analytics, and unknown locations to neither external provider. We use aggregated data to understand pages, countries, languages and device categories.
Why we use it
Information is used to operate VERIUMA, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, localize content, improve currency coverage, measure search and page performance, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Advertising storage is not enabled by this consent version and would require a separate policy and choice before introduction.
Retention and security
Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics and compliance. Authentication and administrator records are retained while access remains active or while required for audit purposes.
We use encrypted transport, access controls, secret isolation, rate limits and infrastructure monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time.

International processing and updates
VERIUMA is designed for an international audience. Service providers may process data in more than one country subject to appropriate safeguards.
